On a campsite, many people live close together and have different habits — that’s part of the charm of camping. However, it also means that a few simple rules are necessary to ensure that no guests disturb others.

Practical Information​

Stay on the Site

The camp manager and their assistants are responsible for peace and order and are available if problems arise. Staff instructions must always be followed. Please show consideration for other guests — noisy behavior is not permitted.

Driving, Parking, and Barriers

The speed limit throughout Ugerløse Camping is 10 km/h, and driving should be kept to a minimum. Mopeds and scooters are not allowed on-site without permission.

Only one car per unit is permitted and must be parked within the designated area. Extra cars and visitor vehicles must be parked in the car park. Except for motorhomes, vehicles with a total weight over 3,500 kg, boats, trailers, and similar are not allowed on the site without permission.

There is also the option to charge your electric car using our charging station. It is located at the entrance before the barrier, right next to the parking area.

Day Guests

Day guests must purchase a guest ticket at the reception. After 11:00 p.m., all guests must pay the overnight rate. The renter is responsible for their guests.

Between 11:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., quiet hours apply. Children and young people must stay with the renter during this period.

Play and Ball Games

Please help your children find the designated play and ball areas. Ball games are not permitted between tents and caravans.

Dogs

Dogs are welcome but must be kept on a short leash. They must not make unnecessary noise, and walks should take place outside the campsite area. Please remember to clean up after your dog.

Departure

Please inform the reception of your departure time as early as possible, especially during busy periods.

Unless otherwise agreed:

  • Your pitch must be vacated by 12:00 noon.
  • Cabins and holiday apartments must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
Responsibility

The campsite owner and camp manager assume no responsibility for the loss or damage of guests’ belongings.
Anyone who damages buildings, equipment, or other guests’ property may be held liable under general compensation rules.

Most guests are naturally considerate, but sanctions — including expulsion — may be imposed on those who fail to comply with the campsite regulations.

Here with us, you have the option to charge your electric car, so you can easily and conveniently enjoy your stay without worrying about range or having to find a charging station in the area. Our electric car charging station is located at the entrance before the barrier, right by the parking area. This location makes it easy to drive in and out. With us, you don’t have to park far away or take detours to find charging facilities.
